水泵减震器选型和安装需要注意什么What should be paid attention to in the selection and installation of water pump shock absorber

    很多人都知道水泵，水泵机械经常用在城市供水，污水处理，农业水利工程，石油工业傍边，人们的日子离不开水泵，水泵除了里边叶轮，泵轴几个首要的当地需求保护之外，水泵在装置时还需求用到减震器设备。减震器在水泵运行时起重要效果。那么减震器使用对水泵有什么作用呢?

Many people know that water pumps and pump machinery aRE often used in urban water supply, sewage treatment, agricultural water conservancy projects, and oil industry. People can not live without pumps. Besides the impeller and shaft inside, the pump also needs shock absorber equipment when it is installed. Shock absorber plays an important role in pump operation. So what is the effect of shock absorber on water pump?

    减震器在水泵中起到操控噪音，避免振动的效果。一般的水泵减震器使用的大概有这几种：低频复合橡胶减振器、阻尼弹簧减振器、橡胶剪切隔振器。那么水泵减震器该如何安装呢，水泵减震器安装要注意什么?

Shock absorber in the pump to control noise, avoid vibration effect. The general shock absorber of water pump uses these kinds: low frequency compound rubber shock absorber, damping spring shock absorber and rubber shear isolator. So how to install the shock absorber of water pump? What should we pay attention to when installing the shock absorber of water pump?

    水泵减震器安装中应注意的事项：

Matters needing attention in the installation of water pump shock absorber:

1、减震器应按泵组中心轴对称布置。橡胶垫的平面布置可以是顺时针或逆时针。

1. The shock absorber shall be arranged symmetrically according to the central axis of the pump unit. The layout of rubber pad can be clockwise or anticlockwise.

2、当机组减震器采用六个支撑点时，其中四个支撑点布置在惰性块或型钢框架的四角，另外两个支撑点应设置在长边线上，并调整其位置，以保持压缩变形。减震器的操作应尽可能一致。

2. When six support points are used for the shock absorber of the unit, four of them are arranged at the four corners of the inert block or steel frame, and the other two shall be set on the long side line, and their positions shall be adjusted to maintain the compression deformation. The operation of the shock absorber should be as consistent as possible.

3、卧式泵机组安装橡胶垫或阻尼弹簧减振器时，不需要将橡胶垫和阻尼弹簧减振器与地面、惰块或钢架粘结或固定。

3. When the rubber pad or damping spring damper is installed on the horizontal pump unit, it is not necessary to bond or fix the rubber pad and damping spring damper with the ground, the idler block or the steel frame.

4、立式抽油机减震安装采用橡胶减振器时，建议在抽油机底座下安装型钢框架，采用锚定安装，型钢框架与橡胶减振器之间采用螺栓（带弹簧垫圈）。地上或地板上设有接地螺栓，橡胶减震器通过接地螺栓固定在地面或地板上。

4. When the rubber damper is used in the vibration absorption installation of the vertical pumping unit, it is recommended to install the steel frame under the base of the pumping unit and adopt the anchoring installation. The bolt (with spring washer) is used between the steel frame and the rubber shock absorber. The ground bolt is set on the ground or the floor, and the rubber shock absorber is fixed on the ground or floor through the grounding bolt.

5、橡胶垫边缘不应超过惰性块边缘，型钢框架的支撑面积不应小于阻尼元件顶部的支撑面积。

6、当单层橡胶垫层的频率比不能满足要求时，可采用多层串联布置，但垫层数量不宜超过五层。串联橡胶隔离垫的型号、块数、面积、硬度应相同。

6. When the frequency ratio of single layer rubber cushion can not meet the requirements, multi-layer series arrangement can be adopted, but the number of cushion should not exceed five layers. The model, number, area and hardness of rubber isolation pads in series shall be the same.

7、衬垫和钢板应采用粘合剂粘合。镀锌钢板的平面尺寸应比橡胶垫的两端大10 mm。与镀锌钢板上下层粘结的橡胶垫应错开。

7. Gaskets and plates shall be bonded with adhesive. The plane dimension of galvanized steel sheet shall be 10 mm larger than both ends of rubber pad. The rubber pads bonded with the upper and lower layers of galvanized steel sheet shall be staggered.

8、施工安装前应及时检查。安装时，减震器的静态压缩变形不应超过***允许值。

8. Check in time before construction and installation. During installation, the static compression deformation of the shock absorber shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.

9、泵组安装时，要求泵组的支撑地面平整，并有足够的承载力。

10、单元减震器应避免接触酸、碱和有机溶剂。
